Grip, Footwork, And Strokes in Tennis

Foot movement is weight control. This is the correct body position for punches, and all punches should flow from it. In explaining the different forms of kicking and footwork, I write as a right-handed player. Lefties should simply reverse the feet.

Racket grip is an essential part of your shot, as poor grip will ruin the best serve. It's the natural grip of a suspended front engine. She is inherently weak to the back, as her only natural hit is an ax kick.

For a forward grip, hold the racket with the edge of the frame toward the ground and the face vertical, the handle toward the body, and "shake his hand," as if greeting a friend. The grip lies comfortably and naturally in the hand, the arm line, hand and putter are one. The swing brings the club head in line with the arm, and the entire club is just an extension of it.

The backhand grip is a quarter circle of the hand on the grip, placing the hand above the grip and the knuckles up. The bullet goes through the wrist.

This is the best base for adhesion. I'm not advocating learning this grip completely, but designing your natural grip as close to these lines as possible without sacrificing comfort or individuality.

After the racket has rested once in the hand, the next question is the position of the body and the order of stroke development.

All tennis strokes must be executed with the body perpendicular to the net, shoulders parallel to the line of flight of the ball. The weight must always move forward. You must switch from the back foot to the front foot as the ball is struck. Never let the weight get out of your way. It is the weight that determines the “rhythm” of the stroke; Swing it, decide the "speed".

Let me explain the definitions of "speed" and "speed". "Velocity" is the actual speed at which the ball travels through the air. "Velocity" is the amount of motion that comes from the Earth. Speed is weight. It is the "bite" the ball carries as it lifts off the ground, giving the inexperienced or unsuspecting player the shock of force that the shot has by no means shown.

A lot of players have "speed" and "quickness". Some screenshots may contain both.

The move learning order should be:

  1. Drive. Front and rear. It's the foundation of all tennis, because you can't build a net attack unless you have a ground stroke to lead the way. And you can't successfully counter a clean attack unless you're able to drive, it's the only successful hit.
  2. Services.
  3. Smash the plane and click.
  4. Careless blows, half blows and other accidental and decorative blows.
